Todd DeSorbo is the Head Coach of the Men’s & Women’s Swimming & Diving Teams at the University of Virginia. The UVA Women just took home their first ever NCAA Championship while the Men’s team placed 9th.

A tax accountant before getting into coaching, Todd has gone from UNCW to NC State to UVA. Brett and Todd discuss taking the leap to become a head coach, what UVA is doing the very best at, the art of double tapering, and Eddie Reese’s retirement.
